Mindray BC-7600 Series Auto Hematology Analyzer
Mindray BC-7600 Series auto hematology analyzer with an integrated ESR module - CBC and ESR results from one tube in a single test.
ICEN supplies selected professional medical equipment. Product availability and market authorization vary by country.
CBC and ESR from one tube, without a separate ESR analyzer
The Mindray BC-7600 Series is an automated hematology analyzer with an integrated ESR module, so a CBC and an ESR result are produced from one tube in a single test. ESR is measured by a photometric method that Mindray specifies at 40 seconds or less, against a Westergren reference of 3600 seconds or more and a correlation of r=0.94. Removing the separate ESR analyzer removes a second sample and a second workflow step.
The 5-part differential uses SF Cube technology - scatter, fluorescence and 3D cube analysis with a laser source - and was designed to give sensitive alerts for abnormal cells such as blasts and abnormal lymphocytes. The series covers the BC-7600, BC-7800 and BC-7900, with reportable parameters from 54 upward and 59 or more research parameters depending on model.
Throughput reaches up to 110 samples per hour for CBC and CD, and up to 90 samples per hour for ESR and CBC+ESR. Whole-blood sampling uses 85 uL for CBC, CD, Ret, CDR and CDR/PLT-8X, or 140 uL for ESR and CBC+ESR, with a 27 +/- 2 uL micro whole-blood mode. The autoloader holds up to 50 tubes. Platelet counting uses PLT-H dual-scattergram fusion with an 8x recount and clump de-aggregation. ICEN supplies the BC-7600 Series to hospital laboratories, diagnostic centres and distributors, and confirms the exact model, configuration and destination-market requirements before quotation.
