Product Overview

A compact resting ECG system with two independent 12-lead analysis algorithms

The Mindray BeneHeart R300 is a 12-lead resting electrocardiograph built for routine ECG diagnosis. It records and prints 12-lead resting ECG with 10-second duration, and supports both the University of Glasgow 12-lead ECG analysis program and the Mindray 12-lead Resting ECG Analysis Algorithm for adults and pediatrics, so a department can cross-check one interpretation against the other.

The acquisition chain is specified for diagnostic-grade signal quality: a 24-bit converter with 0.1192 uV/LSB resolution, an ECG sampling rate of 64000 samples per second, common mode rejection of at least 140 dB with the AC filter engaged, and defibrillation protection that endures a 5000 V (360 J) discharge without data loss. The recorder uses 80 mm thermal paper in either rolled or folded form, and internal memory holds 1200 ECGs.

In daily use the R300 is a paper-saving device. Reports can be previewed on screen before printing, an ECG is re-analysed automatically when patient demographics change, and reports can be transmitted electronically. At 1.28 kg with battery it is light enough to carry between wards, and a trolley option keeps it mobile wherever it is needed.

FAQ

Common questions about Mindray BeneHeart R300 12-Lead Electrocardiograph

What is the BeneHeart R300?

It is Mindray 12-lead resting electrocardiograph. It records and prints 12-lead resting ECG with 10-second duration, and stores 1200 ECGs internally.

Which ECG interpretation algorithms does the R300 use?

Two: the University of Glasgow 12-lead ECG analysis program and the Mindray 12-lead Resting ECG Analysis Algorithm. Both cover adults and pediatrics, and the Glasgow program takes age, gender, race, medication and class into account.

How does the R300 protect an ECG during defibrillation?

The input is defibrillator protected and endures a 5000 V (360 J) charge without data loss or corruption, with baseline recovery in under 5 seconds and electrode polarisation recovery in under 10 seconds.

How many reports can the R300 store, and how long does it run on battery?

Internal memory holds 1200 ECGs. The 2600 mAh lithium-ion battery covers at least 500 auto reports, 2 hours of continuous paper recording, or 6 hours of paperless recording.

Why can the printed figure differ from the manufacturer product page?

Where the R300 datasheet and the product page state different values, this page follows the datasheet because it is the technical document. The datasheet gives a weight limit of 1.5 kg and a 6-hour paperless recording figure; the product page quotes 1.28 kg with battery and a longer paperless figure. Ask us for the datasheet if you need to confirm either value.

Can ICEN provide a quotation for the BeneHeart R300?
